Sponsored Walk For Christian Aid

Come and join us at Oakamoor Picnic Area at 11:00am on

9th March 2019.


The sponsored walk is in aid of Christian Aid all proceeds raised will help them continue their projects and work in the world. To see what they do click on their link



All ages, children and/or dogs welcome. The walk begins at Oakamoor Picnic Area continuing to the Ramblers Retreat and Dimmingsdale. A gentle walk for all abilities.

Craft Club

The Mid Churnet Craft Club will meet in St. Werburgh’s Church on Thursday, 2nd November, 6.30p.m.-8.30p.m.
If you would like to join our Craft Club, please come along, we would be pleased to see you! It’s a great place to make new friends, learn something new, or just come along for a cuppa and a chat. You may also have a craft that you’d like to share with us!
We are an informal, friendly group, who are always willing to help and learn from each other. If you don’t have a craft, but would like to start crafting, why not come along and we’ll start you off!
Meetings cost just £1.00 per session which includes refreshments.
